The Ando Hall Committee was invited to cater for the successful October 31 ride, and received a staggering $2,500 donation in return for the wonderful job they did.

Naturally the Committee was most grateful for the sizeable sum, which will go towards the current upgrades that are being completed at the hall.

“The Ando community would really like to thank the trail riders for the opportunity to cater for the ride and for such a large donation in return,” a spokesperson said.

Meanwhile the Trail Riders look forward to next year’s event, where they will give another local group the same chance to get involved in the charity ride and receive some much needed funding towards their operations.
