LOCAL accountancy business, Mountain Accountin’, is changing its name to reflect its expanding business services.
The newly christened No Fuss Tax and Book-keeping, which began its life in early 2007 as a book-keeping and accounting system business, now offers a full taxation service.
Director, Stephen Cotterill, said the new identity captures the essence of his business, while neatly summarising the broad range of services his firm now offers.
“We offer a mobile service, out-of-hours appointments for clients who can’t get to our office in business hours, and in most cases we can tell clients what our bill will be before we start their work,” he said.
“Whether clients need a complete accounting and taxation service, or just the occasional hand with a tax return, No Fuss has the expertise to help out.”
No Fuss Tax and Book-keeping has enjoyed particularly strong growth in recent months, and has expanded its team with Louise Wright and Cathy Reed now helping to manage the increased workload.
As well as servicing the local area, No Fuss also helps clients as far afield as Orbost, Canberra, Jindabyne, the South Coast and even Newcastle.
Stephen, who also has qualifications as a trainer and attends short courses regularly to keep his skill set current, said the success of his firm is down to his attitude towards his clients and his commitment to continuous improvement.
“Our clients always come first. That is why we aim to offer a service that is flexible and personalised.
“The accounting and taxation environment is constantly changing, and accordingly we have a heavy emphasis on on-going training to keep up to date.
“Every business needs to continuously improve to stay competitive, and we have a growing list of quality-control systems in place to ensure the quality of every job.
“We believe our clients are entitled to the most informed and up to the minute services available. All our staff are in the process of undertaking training to ensure we can deliver a high standard of service.”
A new website is currently being developed, and new technology is being implemented to improve workflow management. A new logo is being implemented, and office signage will in due course be updated to reflect the new name.
