THE local Scallywags group for children with additional needs was the organisation benefiting from the latest round of Thursday night raffles at the Bombala RSL Club.
Volunteers for the Scallywags sold raffle tickets at the club on Thursday nights for the last four weeks to raise funds for the group’s activities.
The group was presented with a cheque for $876.50 by the club last week, representing the proceeds of the raffles, which are run by the club to benefit a different local cause each month.
