THE Bombala High School Oval has sadly been the latest scene of vandalism in the area, with the surface being damaged by unknown drivers who are now being sought out by police.
Deep tyre marks were found on the oval last Thursday morning, with “circle work” across the field, and tracks left on the surrounding banks.
Police attended the scene on the Thursday, and are continuing their investigations.
There was no damage to the oval on Wednesday around lunchtime, and it appears that entry was gained through the school itself that night.If anyone has any information about the incident, please contact Bombala Police on
