Getting into the French theme at the Delegate Hotel on Saturday were Anthony Payten, Ben Shouten, Ben Stevenson, Graeme Payten, Jenny Crawford, Simon Rolfe, Natalie Stevenson, Kati Rolfe, Luke Payten and Peta McDougall.
IT was berets and baguettes all round at the Delegate Hotel last Saturday night, with the Payten family choosing Bastille Day to come together to celebrate a belated birthday.
Graham’s son Luke was the guest of honour marking his 34th birthday dressed as King Louis, while family and friends came along as various artists, mimes, other French citizens, and even Lance Armstrong!
Aside from the excellent costumes, a band kept the atmosphere high as the group partied on, and Luke’s 34th birthday was a memorable one.
