The management of the waterpark used Twitter to warn that it had been forced to put up its "Full House" sign.
‘Full House’ sign up at Wet’n’Wild Sydney. Please visit us later. No additional guests can be admitted. Guest comfort & safety our priority. — Wet'n'Wild Sydney (@wetnwildsydney) December 21, 2013
Several of its rides are also out of action, including the Doubles Bowlseye, the Curler, Riptide and Wet'N'Wild Junior, the park also revealed on Twitter.
"Engineers working on rectifying the problem ASAP," the tweet said.
It follows about 10,000 people being forced off slides and out of the water on Friday night after a thunderstorm hit western Sydney.
The mass exodus of people from the waterpark caused massive traffic problems around the Prospect site.
