The tournament was first played in 1984 with Kitchy Jamieson and Brad Bennett beating Dorsey Stewart and Swag Jamieson. 

The trophy has been played every year except one and has been engraved every year which is a feat in itself.

Runners up were Graeme Payten and Renae Stuart. 

The Delegate/Bombala rematch will be at Delegate on November 11, so to all Bombala dart players see if you can come up with about 20 players – a challenge to you.
