A dozen children from as young as four years old participated.
Every rider learned something new and improved riding was evident overall.
Sarah Woodhouse was the guest instructor for the day.
Sarah’s years of experience were appreciated by many, as the young riders were put through many new challenges including jumping drills, flat work and riding in pairs.
Joke telling and poetry was also shared by the group with comic ability and an excellent knowledge of Banjo Patterson evident among Pony Club members.
Lachlan Reed, Gabby Kidd and Jasmin Butterworth all showed a big improvement in their riding.
