In what could easily be mistaken as a scene straight of out of The Wolf of Wall Street, Christina Kelly, 39, has submitted a 26-page affidavit detailing the incredible sexual endeavours, extra-marital affairs, and week-long drug-fuelled parties her husband engaged in.
Sage Kelly, 42, the global head of healthcare investment banking at Jefferies Group, is involved in a bitter divorce and custody battle with his wife Christina, but it's his drug benders and sex sessions that have fast become the talk of the town on Wall Street.
Ms Kelly is also seeking $US7 million ($7.9 million) in compensation for the effect her husband's behaviour has had on her and her children's lives.
Papers filed in the Supreme Court of the State Of New York County detail the occasion when Ms Kelly, a former Ralph Lauren event planner, felt pressured to have sex with Aegerion Pharmaceuticals boss Marc Beer and his buxom wife in 2012 at the Ritz-Carlton in Boston, because her husband wanted to please his business associate.
"Mindful of [Sage's] goal of securing business from Marc, I felt responsible not to disappoint Marc," Mrs Kelly said in the sworn affidavit. "So, his girlfriend and I had sexual contact for a few minutes, while Marc and Sage watched.
"Then, Marc's girlfriend joined Sage on our bed, and Sage and she started to have sexual relations. Then, I joined Marc on his bed, and he and I engaged in sexual relations.
"Following that evening, Marc Beer has been an important client of Sage and, presumably, a substantial reason for Sage's enormously successful career at his current investment bank."
She also recalls how her husband, who takes home about $US7 million a year, used to coerce her into having threesomes, once snorted heroin at a New York nightclub, ingested so many ecstasy tablets he developed an "inordinate tolerance" and defecated in a bed at a work party.
Mrs Kelly said one of the worst instances was when she saw Mr Kelly joining in to have sex with the wife of co-worker Dung Nguyen in the swimming pool at a family vacation.
What has really ruffled the feathers of the corporate types on Wall Street are the allegations Mrs Kelly has put forward about a number of high-profile investment bankers who engaged in drug-fuelled benders, included a time in Las Vegas when they "ingested various substances, notably cocaine" while having sexual relations with prostitutes.
“All the top Wall Street and hedge-fund guys are talking about it," a Wall Street source told The New York Post. "They are all emailing it to each other.
“It is a complete bombshell and a shocking and wild read. It's just irresistible."
Despite trying to claim custody of her two daughters, aged six and 10, it appears Mrs Kelly is no angel herself.
She was arrested four years ago for drink-driving after smashing into a tree and power cables.
Her two daughters were "left screaming and bleeding" in the back seat as a result, a source said.
In the affidavit, Ms Kelly admitted she took drugs during the period, mainly as a result of being pressured by her husband.
Mr Kelly has denied the claims made by his wife, and said in previous court filings they were an "outrageous lie".
