Road works normally affecting highway traffic will stop on both projects on Thursday April 2 and restart on Wednesday April 8.
The speed limit will be increased to 80km/h on sections of the Princes Highway through Gerringong on Thursday, before it is reduced to the roadwork speed limit on Wednesday when work resumes.
The speed limit will also be increased to 80km/h on the Princes Highway from Toolijooa Road to just south of Mullers Lane between Thursday and Wednesday.
The speed limit will remain at 50km/h through Berry.
Double demerit points will be in place from Thursday April 2 to Monday April 5.
Motorists are asked to plan their journey and allow additional travel time with heavy holiday traffic expected.
