Crews from Bombala and Cooma depots installed a new transformer in Therry Street and new underground cabling, replacing existing aged electricity network infrastructure.
The network upgrade will support ongoing power supply reliability for the local community.
The work area will be monitored over the next few weeks to ensure that earthworks settle appropriately given recent wet weather.
