Charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and with murder, Adam Troy Fletcher, of Moruya, was committed for trial in the Supreme Court in Sydney on June 15 by magistrate Doug Dick.
The defendant was taken into custody on June 21, 2014, and the many court mentions since that date were noted by Mr Dick at the previous mention on March 23.
Mr Fletcher was arrested over the murder of a 41-year-old man at a flat in Evans Street, Moruya, on June 18, 2014.
Bail was again refused.
