Our High Heelers faced the Cooma Fillies in an elimination final in Eden on Saturday, and were unfortunately beaten just 12 points to 8.
Both sides were able to find the line twice in an excellent free-flowing match, but Cooma also hit the mark for both of their conversion kicks.
Despite a valiant attempt to score a third try in the dying stages of the game, the High Heelers just missed out in the hard fought final.
Of course the local girls have had an incredible season and earned themselves the respect of the Group 16 community, being tipped as one of the teams to beat in 2015.
