The Lifecycle Regional Ride (LRR) is a cycling tour; visiting Southern NSW communities during October 2015 to raise awareness of the Leukaemia Foundation services for patients with leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and related blood disorders in the region.

The LRR will depart Canberra on Thursday, October 15, and travel through Yass, Gunning, Crookwell, Goulburn, Braidwood, Moruya, Batemans Bay, Bega, Pambula, Bombala, Delegate, Cooma and Queanbeyan over 10 days.
Bombala Shire Council’s Economic Development Officer, Karen Cash said they were wanting to get some riders to join the LRR group at Cathcart to ride into Bombala.
“When the riders get to Bombala there will be a welcome at the Community Centre where they will be holding a sausage sizzle,” she said.
The next day the cyclists will ride to Delegate where they will have morning tea at the School of Arts before they cycle a bit of the Bundian Way before returning and going to Bill Jeffrey’s Park where they will meet with school students and have lunch.
“We are urging the community to go down to Bill Jeffrey’s Park to support the kids and the riders,” Ms Cash said.
LRR will finish with after hours reception at the Lifecycle Canberra event on the afternoon of October 24.

Thursday, October 15 – Canberra to Yass
Friday,October 16 – Yass to Gunning, Crookwell and Goulburn
Saturday, October 17 – Goulburn to Braidwood
Sunday, October 18 – Braidwood to Moruya
Monday, October 19 – Moruya to Batemans Bay return
Tuesday, October 20 – Bega to Pambula Beach
Wednesday, October 21 – Pambula Beach to Bombala
Thursday, October 22 – Bombala to Delegate return
Friday, October 23 – Bombala to Cooma
Saturday, October 24 - Cooma to Queanbeyan and Canberra
Local cyclists are encouraged to join the core group at a specified location outside of each town and accompany LRR riders to their local event.
