LAST Sunday we played the Bermagui Championship Golf Course. Overall winner was Len Murphy from runner up Bill McKenzie and third was Graeme Sthruthers.

After a meal back at the Bermagui Beach Hotel we held our presentations. Badge draw went to Dave Nelson who was not there again so prize jackpots.
The player's draw went to Moz Wellington and hacker of the day was Trevor Hemsted. Nearest the pin on the 11h was Len Murphy who missed a short putt for birdie and on the 15th was Moz Wellington.
The winners of the raffle run to help the community were; the Meat tray supplied by Needs Butchery was Sandie O'Keefe with the fruit and veggie tray supplied by Triple7 going to Christine Pauling.
Leisha's Bermagui Pizza voucher was won by Graeme Struthers and the bottles of wine donated by Dave Webster the publican went to Michael Brown and Mal LeComte. Thanks to our sponsors the Bermagui Beach Hotel, Bermagui Pizza, Triple 7, and Needs Butchery.
Golfers of any standard are welcome most Sundays at 9AM at the Bermagui Golf Club.
Tri Nations Competition
Sunday we played the Tri Nations Competition between Eden, Bega, and Bermagui Social Golfers at the Tathra Beach Golf Course. There was 36 players divided into pairs to play a 2 man ambrose for each of the towns.
The total shots of the four best teams from each town determined the winner of the trophy. After tallying the the totals Bermagui and Eden were locked on the same score so this year both teams will go on the trophy.
The overall winning team was Len Murphy and Trevor Hemsted from Bermagui with three teams locked on the same score declared runners up ; Alec Illies and Lachlan Rooney from Eden with Ian Smith and Legs Adams from Eden with Moz Wellington and Shane Rowe from Bermagui.
NTP winners were on the 3rd was Kevin Egan from Bega and on the 9th was Laurie Sharpe from Bermagui. The winners of the raffle was Charlie Bennett, Steve Jones, and Nathan Zin. Thank you to the Bega boys for cooking breakfast and Bermagui for lunch.
Our Bus driver Charlie Bennett also must be thanked. The success of the day is only possible because of the work done by the Captains Charlie Miles from Eden, Rudi from Bega, and Moz Wellington from Bermagui and the committees.

Next Sunday we will be playing at Bermagui Golf Course. Our next bus trip is planned to take place on Sunday the 4th is to Bega for an 18 hole ambrose with a team coming from Young.
