The 63-year-old opened up about dating again, seven years after the death of his wife, actress Natasha Richardson, but is coy about revealing who it is.
"I'd embarrass her if I said her name, she's incredibly famous," the Irish actor told the Independent, adding he plans to romance her for Valentine's Day. "I'll have to do my best for her. It's amazing how far a simple bunch of freshly picked flowers will go in a lady's life, I find."
Despite reports the mystery woman was Kirsten Stewart, Neeson's rep has dismissed the rumour as "stupid".

Meanwhile, other suggestions have included everyone from Angela Merkel to Queen Elizabeth and everyone in between as Twitter melts down trying to figure out who it is.

Liam Neeson is dating someone "incredibly famous." While I'm happy for him, I also hope it's not a Kardashian.— Deb Clem-Buckert (@debclembuckert) February 9, 2016
So who is Liam Neeson dating? Susan Sarandon? Halle Berry? Charlize Theron? Diane Keaton?— Margaux Nissen Gray (@RedGray) February 9, 2016
Neeson has not had a public romance since Richardson died from head injuries after a 2009 skiing accident in Quebec. Richardson, whose mother is Vanessa Redgrave and whose sister is Joely Richardson, was 45.
The pair met during a 1993 Broadway production of the play Anna Christie. They married the following year and have two sons, Michael and Daniel.
Her death is "still a touchy subject," Neeson admits. "Of course the grief is still there. You do your best."
Last year, their son Daniel also opened up about his struggle with grief.
"I was in New York. I was going out, partying a lot, looking for self-gratification. I wanted to be the man, doing these drugs," Daniel, who was 13 at the time of his mother's death, told Sunday Times Style magazine.
"Everybody said, 'This kid has lost his mum, that's where the problem comes from'. And I was like, 'No, it isn't, I just like to party'.
"But looking back, I realise it was a delayed reaction. You meet so many people who lost a parent when they were young and then they'll break down when they're 45."
After a stint in "wilderness" rehab, Daniel began rebuilding his life and wants to follow in his famous parents' footsteps.
"It gladdens my heart but it also makes me wary for him," the Schindler's List star said of Daniel's decision. "My lineage (in acting) is short but my wife's goes back to the 1700s.
"He's taking it very seriously. He's had a couple of opportunities for screen tests for major things and he's turned them down. I asked him why and he said, 'I'm not trained yet', so I think that's wise."
