Members of Shoalhaven Target Action Group, Nowra Detectives and Shoalhaven Crime Management unit executed the search warrant about 9am.
During the search a number of cannabis plants were located and seized along with other drug related items.
A 24-year-old male will face Nowra Local Court for drug related offences. Inquiries are continuing and further charges may be laid.
Police said it was a good result and urge anyone with any information relating to drugs, including drug dealing, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Crime Stoppers is currently taking part in Dob in a Dealer along with all law enforcement agencies, including the Shoalhaven Local Area Command.
