A WOONONA woman who tested positive to driving with an illicit drug in her system last November will appear in Nowra Local Court on Monday.

The 27-year-old woman was arrested by police at 9am on November 28, with a drug driving test returning a positive reading.
She was taken to the Nowra Police Station for a secondary test, which returned a positive reading for methamphetamine.
The woman was subsequently issued with Notice of Prohibition of Driving for 24 hours.
Police allege further analysis of the sample at the Forensic and Analytical Service was positive to methamphetamine.
The woman has been issued with a court attendance notice for drive with illicit drug in oral fluid and will appear before Nowra court on May 30.
