The U8s had a slow start allowing Moruya to get a few tries. Josh Tellis was the first to score followed by Ruby Smith and not long after by Tanner Hurley.
U8s coach Rollie Skellern said that it was hard to pick the best player among all the great players, and awarded the Milo Player of the Match to Kiera Chamberlain.
“Kiera is a new player to league with only a couple of games under her belt she is showing loads of potential with her gutsy runs and never say die attitude,” he said.
The U14s were missing four of their players and it was going to be a hard battle against the top of the ladder Moruya side.
Coaches Sam and Kieren Sten said the Moruya boys were outstanding and quick to take advantage putting points on the board.
“The Bombala boys tried their hardest and never gave up, this team is just getting better,” they said.
