Delegate dog killer’s community service order revoked

The man convicted for shooting a dog in Delegate has been re-sentenced. Mark Robert Bruce was convicted on an aggravated animal cruelty charge in October 2016 and sentenced to 200 hours of community service. In Bombala Local Court last week, an application to revoke the community service in favour of a good behaviour bond was accepted, with Bruce, 61, re-sentenced to a 12-month bond.
