On Sunday, April 2, 2017 clocks should be turned back one hour. At 3am clocks will be wound back one hour to 2am. That means we all get an extra hour to sleep in and sunrise and sunset will be an hour earlier. For those of us that are prone to forgetting, turn your clock back one hour on Saturday night before you go to bed.
