You can at the third annual Embrace Life Festival on this Sunday at the University of Wollongong Innovation Campus.
It’s organised by Wollongong's Gratitude Community who want to “spread awareness of health and wellbeing”.
Founder of the festival and the Gratitude Community Deborah Shepherd said people can explore, discuss and experience practical ways to improve and maintain their health and wellbeing.
Illawarra health and wellness practitioners will be ready to educate on everything from yoga, healthy eating, massage, psychic readings and natural healing practices.
Cultural dancers and musicians will create a soothing backdrop to the event, while the “OM Cafe” will sooth the spirite through Crystal singing bowls, Qi Gong and other meditation.
“The energy is vibrant and alive; abuzz with people exhibiting, collaborating and making connections within their local community that will remain beyond the actual event,” Mrs Shepherd said.
Other interesting workshops include learning to make kombucha, nutrution for optimal energy, understanding past lives and ways to eliminate back pain.
