For those who will be there on Friday night there will be a barbecue dinner for a gold coin donation and full canteen facilities will be available on Saturday.
The showground will be open for those wishing to stay the Saturday night.
There’ll be no canteen, but the Delegate Hotel puts on a fine meal.
About 30 open teams have registered from across the Monaro and Gippsland.
A special thanks goes out to Mark Tiernan who is donating his cattle for the event.
Golf
Bombala lady golfers played a Stableford for Deb Ingram Trophy on Wednesday. What a beautiful day for golf and the scores were good.
Joy Douch was the winner of the Trophy on 39 pts. Balls were won by Gay Kennedy 38 pts, Eva L’Estrange 37 pts.
On Saturday the Bombala men played a Mixed Grill. 4 BBB. For K Elton and B Tonks Trophies.
The winners were Herbie Elliott and Ray Crawford 63 nett.
They were also the ball winners. NTP was won by Pepper Thompson.
Sunday was a Par for R Fermor Trophy.
The winner was Pepper Thompson +3. Ball Winners were Pepper, Herbie Elliott and Wayne Elton both on +1. No one won NTP.
Program
On Wednesday, October 4 the ladies will play Flag. Stroke. Club Trophy.
The Delegate Open starts on Saturday with a ladies day.
Members on Saturday can play Par. Club Trophy in the Delegate Open.
The Delegate Open continues on Sunday with a men’s day. Home. Stableford. Club Trophy. Colin Gronow is on the duty roster for Saturday.

B. Douch, R. Dent and A. Dent 25 defeated N. Brotherton, Chris X and B. Beileiter 10.
On Wednesday, September 20: J. Adamson and A. Dent 19 defeated R. Dent and B. Beileiter 10.
C. Baker and Chris X 16 defeated N. Brotherton and K. Callaway 14.
On Wednesday, September 27 there was a good roll-up for social bowls.
R. Dent and K. Callaway 29 defeated J. Adamson and B. Beileiter 22.
C. Baker, Chris X and C. Ingram 17 defeated N. Brotherton, M. Guthrie and K. Elliott 16
