Last week I had the pleasure of meeting council’s roads crew who are doing a fantastic job in the war against potholes. I met with the team who are dedicated and work extremely well together. I met them in Jindabyne to see the work they do on a daily basis right across the region. I was very impressed.

This weekend is the Garage Sale Trail. It’s an exciting initiative being coordinated by council. There are more than 40 garage sales registered for Saturday and Sunday.
Last week I was joined by fellow councillors in Queanbeyan for a workshop run by the Office of Local Government. This was informative and allowed councillors to better understand their roles and responsibilities. The workshop delivered presentations on council processes.
