The NSW Government has signed a long-term head lease with Charlotte Pass Village Pty Ltd to secure the future of the resort and allow investment for summer tourism.
Mr Barilaro said Monday’s (November 13, 2017) announcement will give communities and businesses in Charlotte’s Pass the confidence to invest in their future.
“This agreement will enhance the important economic benefits the resort provides to the local community and the people of NSW,” Mr Barilaro said.
“Securing the future of the resort will allow Charlotte Pass Village Pty Ltd to start investment into developing a summer program of events.
