Just before 3pm on Tuesday, December 5, 2017, emergency services were called to Kosciuszko Road, Jindabyne, following reports of a two-vehicle crash.

On arrival, officers from Monaro Local Area Command found a Mitsubishi Triton utility vehicle and a Mitsubishi truck had collided.
The 36-year-old man driving the utility vehicle was taken to Canberra Hospital where he remains in a critical but stable condition.
The male truck driver suffered minor injuries and did not require medical treatment.
Police established a crime scene and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
