On Wednesday the ladies played a Par for E L’Estrange Trophy. The day started in thick fog and the saying “hitting them out of sight” was certainly the case. Once the fog lifted it was a beautiful day. The winner was Di Ingram with -3. Balls were won by Betty Crawford -5 and Joy Douch -6.

Saturday members played a Stroke for the Monthly Medal. The fog was still hanging about as they hit off at 12.30pm but the sun did come out for a good field of golfers to enjoy their game. The winner was Glen Hampshire with a good score of 66 nett. Balls were won by Glen, Mick Elton 69 nett, (good to see you home Mick), Paul Halligan 70 nett and Wayne Elton 70 nett. NTP was won by Brendan Weston.
Sunday was a Stableford for Club Trophy Ind Acc Again there was a good field including a couple of ladies joining them and although the fog lifted it was still a chilly afternoon. Wayne Elton came in the winner with the good round of 42 pts. Balls went to Wayne, Mick Elton 38 pts, Simon Stephen 36 pts, Pepper Thompson 36 pts, Glen Hampshire 36 pts. NTP won by Wayne Elton.
Match play: Ray Crawford defeated Brad Yelds 6/5. Simon Stephen and Brad Yelds defeated Ray Fermor and Ray Crawford 3/2, Ross Brown and Paul Halligan defeated Wayne and Cary Elton 2 Up.

Netball & Basketball
Thirteen Bombala Public School girls travelled to Goulburn for their first game in the girl’s knockout netball and basketball. First up saw the girl’s netball team take to the court against Wollondilly. The girls were victorious 32-1.
Next up saw the girls’ basketball facing off against Goulburn West. Over the next three quarters Goulburn West slowly got in front.
The girls made a comeback in the last quarter but eventually went down 22-12.
