Ten playgrounds will upgraded/constructed throughout the region as part of the Stronger Communities Fund Major Projects Program. Bombala Playground is the first to be upgraded with works starting the week of Monday, August 20.

The revitalised playground is expected to be opened to the public near the end of September. A grand opening will be held to mark the occasion with local children set to enjoy the playground’s upgraded equipment and facilities.

The playground will be closed to the public until construction is complete.
