There were eight graduates as well as special guests, Father James, the Hon. John Barilaro MP, Deputy Premier of NSW, Mrs Nola Bedingfield, Parish Representative and Geraldine Dyer, Rotary Representative that attended the graduation mass..
A spokesperson from St. Joseph’s Primary said each year the night celebrates the wonderful experiences of our graduating students and the growth evidenced in their time at our small school.
“We thank Father James for his passionate service and prayers of well wishes for all students and their families.”
St Joseph’s celebrates the success of students through annual awards for Sports, Encouragement, School Spirit and Principal’s awards as well as Class awards for Excellence in Literacy, Numeracy and Encouragement.
This year a new Class Spirit award was presented to students who are an excellent role model for their class, have a positive attitude and display many leadership qualities.
“We thank the Hon. John Barilaro for his assistance is presenting these awards to our students.
“We also thank Mrs Nola Bedingfield and St Mary’s Parish for their presentation of the perpetual Saint Mary Mackillop Award and Mrs Geraldine Dyer for her assistance in presenting the perpetual Rotary Award for Excellence.
“Congratulations to all award recipients, you should be very proud of your achievements.”
