Former Pambula man Callan Sinclair, who was captured in a photo with De Belin during a Christmas pub crawl two weeks ago, arrived at Wollongong police station on Monday morning.
No charges have been laid against Sinclair.
It comes four days after De Belin went to Wollongong police station, where he was charged with aggravated sexual assault in company.
The alleged incident took place about 1.30am on Sunday, December 9, when De Belin and Sinclair allegedly engaged in a sexual act with a 19-year-old woman at a home unit in Wollongong, following a night out.
It is understood De Belin and Sinclair met the woman at an establishment on Crown Street, before allegedly leaving in a cab and driving to an apartment block.
There, it is alleged the two men told the woman they needed to get changed.
It is understood the woman claims she went upstairs in the apartment and used the bathroom. When she left the bathroom, she claims she returned to find the two players naked. She later sought medical treatment at a hospital in Wollongong.
After being interviewed by police last Thursday, De Belin was granted bail. He is scheduled to appear before Wollongong Local Court on February 19.
After charges were laid against De Belin last week, a statement from the Dragons said the club was taking the matter "very seriously" and was working with De Belin and police.
"Jack has been provided with welfare support to enable him the time and opportunity to deal with the matter. As this is a police matter to be considered by the court, the club is not in a position to make any further comment at this time."
It is understood Sinclair is a lower grade rugby league player.
