Men of League with former Canberra Raiders player Ken Nagas

Bombala Bowling Club is once again hosting a Men of League family bowls day on Saturday, March 9 at Club Bombala.

Special guest at the Men of League bowls day in Bombala is former Canberra Raiders player Ken Nagas playing in the 1994 Grand Final.

Names are to be registered by 1pm with bowls games kicking off at 1.30pm.

Organiser Tom Herbert said the special guest on the day will be Ken Nagas a former Canberra Raiders player during the early 1990's.

"Entry is $30 per head and includes a barbecue meal after the game, there will also be raffles and prizes on the day," he said.

The Men of League Foundation has been caring for the men, women and children of the rugby league community since 2002.

It is the last call for those within the sporting fraternity facing tough times with inadequate resources.
