President of the Bombala Show Society, Colleen McCoy said the Bombala Show Committee were pleased to present the 2019 show with a new look.
"This year our show will have a circus theme, young and young at heart can participate in the circus activities and try their hand at juggling, uni-cycling and much more.
"There are some changes to where displays and stalls are located with some great demonstrations planned for throughout the day.
"These include a Lucus portable sawmill, that staff will be putting through its paces and talking to patrons about the mill.
"Also our local Fire and Rescue will have a truck on display. They will also be challenging their members to change into their firefighting uniform against the clock.
"Sounds easy, I hear you say - why not pop along and have a look at the clothing and equipment required by firefighters to keep themselves and the community safe from fire," Ms McCoy said.
All the regular favourite events will be taking place including horse events that kick off at 8.30am, show jumping, dog trials, poultry, sheep, cattle and wool competitions.
"The Bombala show always puts on an amazing display of exhibits in the pavilion from local community members and regional exhibitors," Ms McCoy said.
"Competitions include the paper plane competition - how well can they fly? The usual scarecrow competition and decorated gumboot competition and this year there is also the largest zucchini competition where local growers try to grow the biggest zucchini in a challenging climate.
"There is also the pet competition with a variety of fun classes to enter your favourite pet in with prizes to be won."
For the youngsters there is face painting, jumping castles, magician Zamboni and Alpine Arrow tag.
