This year celebrating "Rhythm of Life" women are invited to join in as music, health and friendship on a day to be remembered.
Special guests include Australian Country song writer Melinda Schneider and dietitian Lisa Donaldson.
Tickets are $20 for entry and morning tea. Dalgety P&C have freshly made lunches for $10.
