Delegate Public School student, Lydia Jamieson was one of 250 riders that attended the 2019 Snowy Mountains Interschool Equestrian Competition.

The competition was held in Jindabyne from Friday, April 26 to 30 with riders from different schools competing in a wide range of disciplines.
Lydia took great privilege representing Delegate Public School at the equestrian event.
Lydia participated in combined Training, Dressage, Show Jumping, a Working Stockhorse Challenge, Fancy Dress, Sporting Activities and Show Ring Events.
Points were awarded to riders during the four day event with Lydia coming home with nine ribbons.
Lydia was also eligible to ride in the Barrel Race final with seven of the other fastest time junior riders.
At the end of the event, Lydia placed a respectable 16th out of 56 year 5 and 6 riders.
