Delegate Pony Club

Delegate Pony Club held its October rally on Sunday and despite the wind it was smooth sailing for the riders.

Riders were split into three groups that were determined by their age and riding ability.

Group 1 worked on their techniques with riding unassisted. They played games to help them learn to steer, mount and general balance.

They also went through horsemanship with these riders and parents.

Group 2 and 3 worked on flat work, dressage and diagonals. They also enjoyed a training session using Delegate Pony Clubs newly built cross country jumps.

All the riders finished their day with some fun games and sporting activities. Next rally November 3, 9.30 gear check for a 10am start.

Delegate Pony Club is running a two day training day November 23 and 24.
