Organiser Jo Vincent said they were looking for people to step up and take part in the swimming club committee.

"We are also looking for volunteers to coach and train the swimmers.

"The club is not a learn to swim club, it's for the kids of the area to learn stroke correction, general swimming coaching and for fitness," she said.

A meeting for interested people is planned at Cosmo's Cafe at 6pm on Wednesday, November 27 at 6pm.
