Jindabyne got off to a slow but steady start through Callan Andrews (16) and Chad Stephenson (22).
Kading picked up Isaac Dawson early and Jindabyne found themselves ticking the score over with Stephenson finding the rope nicely with well timed cover drives.
However the introduction of Warren Thornton to attack brought dividends to the Bombala team and snared Andrews with an impressive caught and bowled.
Power (2-37 off 8 ) dismissed Stephenson.
Jindabyne at drinks were 74-3.
Thornton continued his fine nine over spell taking Rixon and Tim Hunt (20) in near quick succession.
Brad Bannister (2-16 off 9) and Sullivan (2-29 off 9) took Simon Partell and Matt Anderson and the Tigers were reeling at 94-8 off 33 overs.
The tail of the Tigers wagged heavily with great contributions from Al Beck (29) turning back time, Liam Robinson (18) front foot prowess and Dave Oxley (10no) showing off where he left a decade ago.
Jindabyne rolled for 156 off 42 overs. Thornton best of the bowling 3-19 off 9.
Bombala innings off to a flyer through Bannister (22) and Mark Tonks (29).
The bowling was good but the striking was better. Bombala pacing well 55 for no loss after 10 overs.
A decisive bowling change brought Rixon and Liam Robinson to try stem the flow of runs. Drizzle began to fall and the temp felt similar to the arctic circle.
Rixon bowled Bannister, Robinson picked up Brooks cheaply.
Young Thornton came and went and so too Sullivan.
Thornton senior (19) looked the goods but needed fellow players to stay with him.
Continued pressure from Robinson who bowled with absolute class showed he will be a force to be reckoned with this year decimating the Bombala batting line. Collecting Thornton along the way for a top spell, nine straight 4-19.
Rixon backing him up 2-25 of 9.
With a man short Jindabyne finished off the tail soon thereafter, Bombala all out for 96.
Jindabyne won by 60 runs.
