Bombala golfers were welcomed to the 2019 Presentation dinner on Saturday night by club president Brendan Weston.

Mr Weston thanked all those who were involved with the club with a special mention to the lady members who worked hard in the kitchen catering for functions that help keep the club going, before he handed over to the ladies president Betty Crawford.
The first award presented was to Dianne Ingram Club Champion for 2019. Gay Kennedy was the ladies Handicap Champion.
Ladies captain Heather Brown then read out the seasons trophy winners before men's captain Joel Cherry announced the men's trophies for the year.
Bombala Golf Club Club Champion for 2019 went to Korie Elton who has been so close on previous occasions and was reportedly 'one happy chappy'.
Wayne Elton was announced A Grade Handicap Champion after a big year that included breaking the course record. Wayne was also presented with the Poms Most Improved Player and The Late L Richardson Eclectic Trophy plus other trophies.
B Grade Champion was Brad Yelds. Brad has had an up and down year but seemed to come good for the big ones. Brad with his partner Eva Lestrange won by Handicap Mixed Foursomes.
Chris Halligan was the B Grade Handicap Champion also winning other trophies.
Brendan Weston won the Late Bob Johnson Match Play Trophy that he said 'meant a lot to him as he'd a long association with Bob and Enid Johnson for many years'. Westy also won the Mixed Foursomes Championship with partner Di Ingram.
"Congratulations to all champions and winners of donated trophies," Mr Weston said.
