Summer crop damaged by frost.
Gardeners that hadn't taken precautions against frost were dismayed to find plants in their garden damaged by frost with the top temperature for Sunday reaching a cool 14 degrees with very little rainfall recorded.
Spring 2019 was officially the driest of the Bureau of Meteorology's 120 years of rainfall records.
