Year's 3, 4, 5 and 6 along with their teachers Mr Bannister, Mr Farran and Mrs McKinnell took part in the program for Environmental Scientists.
Delegate K/1/2 had a Teddy Bears Picnic that was mainly held in doors the same day.
Kosciuszko Education Centre near Sawpit Creek picnic area is a place to learn all about Australian wildlife and the interesting environment of our national parks.
The centre has displays and indoor interactive activities for school groups that focus on Aboriginal heritage, natural and historic heritage as well as park management.
The centre's 'Kosciarium' is full of fun activities and puzzles that delighted and challenged the students.
The centre was established specifically to meet the needs of school students, but welcomes all visitors.
At the end of a cold day it was snowing as the students headed home.
