The information is then gathered and published in the following week's Golden Oldie and on Facebook.
This week's Golden Oldie is a photo of three little girl's in Bombala. Do you recognise them? We would love to hear from you if you do.
Last weeks Golden Oldie was a photo of Leslie (Copper) Farrell on 'Hero' front and Brendon Ventry on 'Red Rocket' at the Delegate Show Jumping some time in the 1950's.
Mr. Leslie James 'Copper' Farrell was a prominent show ring rider who met with an untimely death.
A story in the Bega District News reported that Les Farrell was burnt to death on Friday, April 12, 1965 when the house in Burragate he was sleeping in was completely destroyed by fire.
Les Farrell's father David John Farrell aged 74 was in the same house, however he managed to escape from the fire with only minor burns.
