All the players aided by by the rules set down.
These rules were two players per group, one cart and bag per person, marking your own card staying the required distance apart.
The rules did not upset them and they were just happy to be in the sunshine and out of the house.
Even the fact they could not stay and socialise after the game did not bother them.
The hardest rule for the golf club's players was on the greens.
Bombala, being sand greens, meant players were unable to scrape and this had a big effect on the scores.
Many three putts seemed to be the biggest complaint.
The ladies did not get to play last Wednesday as the club was informed to close the course and by the time players received word that this was incorrect it was too late to organise play.
They aim to play this Wednesday.
Saturday was a stableford for the S Ingram Trophy.
Players reported conditions were not great with a couple of showers of rain including hail, but players managed to complete the 18 holes.
Merv Douch was surprised to learn that he was the winner with 28 points.
He also won the ball.
On Sunday the event was a stroke for the monthly medal.
Players stated scores were not good as reported earlier.
Although sunny it was very windy and cold.
The winner was Ray Fermor with a 77 nett.
Balls were won by Fermor, Korie Elton with 80 nett and Wayne Elton 80 nett.
NTP on the 5th was not won.
Nearest the pin will continue on the 5th until won and now daylight saving is over it will be on the 17th.
