Saturday was a great day for golf although it was tough going. The greens were bare in patches where the sand had washed off and fairways were strewn with debris from the rushing water.
Saturday's event for the day was a Par for B Weston Trophy.
Scores weren't great but Wayne Elton handled the conditions coming in the winner square. Balls were won by Wayne 0, Clay Stewart, Paul Halligan both with a - 1, and Brendan Weston - 3. NTP was Herbie Elliott.
Sunday the men had an early start having a Working "B" to work on the greens. Some of the scores returned may have been from the hours of work.
