The Sharks first and reserve grade teams are set for a special Saturday training session.
Most of the squad is attending the Group 16 presentation tonight and the coaching staff are keen to “blow out the cobwebs” and keep the players focused in the lead up to the biggest game of the year.
A barbecue for players and staff will follow training.
The club was saddened to hear of the sudden death of Steven Bond last weekend, and thoughts and wishes are with his wife and club member Siemonne, who runs the canteen.
The under 18s take the field against the combined Merimbula-Eden side at Merimbula on Sunday.
A win for the young Sharks would give them a grand final berth against the undefeated Bega outfit.
Coach Lee Nye said he was confident that the boys could be there to make it three Moruya grades playing on grand final day.
