“It was very rewarding to receive the scholarship and it has given me the opportunity to network with a few people,” he said.
Harrison said that while he had a passion for agriculture, it was the family farm where he was brought up that was where his real passion lies. The family farm “Greenfields” at Delegate produces wool, prime lambs, pasture and crop plants.
“I am still undecided on my career path as it could be in genetics, nutrition or agronomy,” Harrison said.
“My father Ian Sellers is active in as many community organisations as he can and I have seen what his hard work has accomplished and understand how important it is to be an active part of the community,” Harrison said.
Ian Sellers said he was very proud of his son.
