Bombala Railway Station has featured as backdrop in many photo shoots and at times it has been the subject as it was when Sydney based photographer Brett Patman decided to add it to his historical photography project, Lost Collective.

The Lost Collective documents abandoned and rarely seen locations that once played a major role in their local community.

During his photographic shoot, Mr Patman who has photographed sites across Australia, worked closely with the Friends of Bombala Railway to create a gallery which can be viewed online at www.lostcollective.com/gallery/bombala-station

”The Lost Collective is a visual and written record of forgotten and neglected built environments that document the important roles that people and places have in shaping a community.”
